Different from conventional welded drill bits, our bits adopt one-step integral powder metallurgy high-temperature sintering molding, without brazing seams. The whole bit body maintains uniform density, consistent hardness and stable impact resistance, effectively avoiding common failures such as welding peeling and fracture under heavy drilling load.

Flat top tungsten carbide sintered bits feature a planar cutting face, delivering stable drilling pressure transmission and excellent borehole straightness, ideal for relatively homogeneous rock strata. The 3-wing concave tungsten carbide sintered bits adopt inward concave blade design, forming superior flushing space. This structure accelerates rock cuttings discharge, greatly reduces bit balling, and performs prominently in broken, loose and water-sensitive complex formations.
