Tungsten Carbide Sintered Body Drill Bit

Tungsten Carbide Bit

Different geological rock formations and construction scenarios require differentiated PDC bit structures. As a professional tungsten carbide sintered drill bit manufacturer , we independently develop and produce three core structural PDC bits: flat-top, concave and directional, which accurately adapt to various drilling working conditions and solve the problems of poor adaptability, low efficiency and easy jamming of single-structure bits.
The flat-top sintered PDC bit is a universal model with flat cutter surface and uniform stress. It features wide rock-breaking coverage and high drilling stability, suitable for soft rock and homogeneous rock formations. It is widely used in conventional working conditions such as general geological exploration, shallow mining drilling and infrastructure punching, with high versatility and cost performance.
The concave sintered PDC bit adopts a central concave arc design, which effectively gathers cuttings, reduces mud accumulation and prevents bit balling. With excellent centering performance, it avoids drilling deviation and is especially suitable for clay formations, water-bearing complex strata and soft interbedded strata, performing well in humid and muddy construction environments.
The directional PDC bit is customized for professional working conditions. Optimized in blade angle and cutting layout, it has strong guidance and deviation correction capabilities, specially designed for high-precision construction such as directional drilling, horizontal drilling and accurate roadway tunneling. All three structural types cover full sizes from 46mm to 153mm with customizable threads, exported to many overseas countries for complex global drilling projects.
