The staggered two-step cutting profile separates pilot centering from final hole enlargement, eliminating secondary reaming runs. Premium 1308 reinforced flat PDC cutters are strategically set into a wear-resistant matrix, delivering consistent ROP and prolonged cutter life across crystalline and sedimentary hard formations. Compatible with conventional exploration rigs and water-well drill units, it serves mineral prospecting, bedrock water supply wells, coal mine auxiliary boreholes, slope stabilization anchoring and bridge foundation pilot holes.
