Cutters are arranged in staggered pattern combining large‑size 1913 PDC cutters and medium‑size 1308 PDC cutters . 1913 cutters take the main rock‑breaking workload with superior wear resistance for medium‑hard rock formations. 1308 cutters are placed on inner central zones to strengthen central rock breaking and resist chipping under impact loads. This mixed‑cutter setup optimizes rate of penetration and service life, preventing rapid failure caused by single‑size cutters in complex ground conditions.

The bit body is made of high‑strength 42CrMo alloy steel with integral heat treatment for excellent anti‑deformation and anti‑fracture performance. Hard‑facing protection is applied on blade surfaces against sand erosion.
