Product Overview

Standard reaming tools often suffer from bit wobble, premature cutter chipping and borehole collapse when drilling through poorly cemented cobble-conglomerate intervals. Our tower-style PDC reaming bit adopts a four-tier stepped cutting profile , enlarging the borehole progressively from top to bottom. Load is distributed across multiple cutter rows instead of concentrating on a single annulus, delivering straighter hole trajectory and cleaner borehole walls.
Each blade carries 1308 reinforced dome-shaped PDC inserts engineered for high-impact, high-abrasion downhole conditions. The forged alloy steel body features stress-relieved threaded connections, resisting thread galling during repeated tripping cycles. Stock sizes: Φ150 / Φ171 / Φ185 / Φ250 mm, with full custom machining available for non-standard diameters and proprietary rod couplings.
It bridges pilot-hole drilling and final reaming in one run, cutting trip times across shallow water wells, underground coal development, slope anchorage boreholes and bridge foundation pilot holes.
